15-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 15 days after tracking confirms delivery.

Eligibility
To qualify for a voluntary return, the item must be unused, complete, in the condition received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. UB Crown may request photographs or other reasonable information needed to review the request.

How to request a return
Contact growth@ubcrown.com before sending anything. If the request is approved, UB Crown will provide return instructions and the applicable return destination. Items sent without authorization, or sent directly to a supplier without our instructions, may be refused.

Preference-based returns
For returns based on preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong option, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered items
Contact growth@ubcrown.com with your order number and reasonable supporting information. For a verified claim, UB Crown will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement, refund, or prepaid return instructions.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after any required returned item is received and reviewed. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on the financial institution.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before processing begins. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
